Our youth organization is led by up to five volunteer board members. The board is divided into an executive area, in which two board members are jointly responsible for the genereal management, financial matters, personnel oversight, and infrastructure issues; up to three other board members are responsible for the non-material area, in particular public relations and representation, as well as other areas such as supervising the volunteers, planning and implementing the association's pride events, and representing the association in CSD GmbH. In addition, volunteer consultants support the board and each supervise their own area within the association, in which they work independently (e.g., volunteering/team, technology, media).
